RawFoodDietDiary.com is my online journal about transitioning to a raw food diet. While its primary objective is to help me evaluate my progress on making this transition, I figure that it can’t hurt to share it with the world. One of two things is bound to happen:
- I get some useful, actionable advice from a reader who comments here.
- Someone who visits gets some useful, actionable advice from me.
Either way, it’s a win for someone!
I will chronicle my raw food diet progress through journal entries. As I read and learn more about this lifestyle, and its impact on my life, I will also post articles and reviews here that all of us can easily refer to.
I have made two commitments to myself in my quest for healthy eating:
- I won’t go hungry.
- I won’t eat anything that doesn’t taste good.
If you’re reading this (and you aren’t me) bear in mind that everything shared here is personal opinion and/or personal experience.
